• Data collected for Atlassian Marketplace Apps

  Following information is collected, stored and processed by Gaber in order for its products on the Atlassian Marketplace and Trello Power-Ups to function properly and to be able to deliver the best user experience:

  - First Name
  - Last Name
  - Email Address
  - Avatar
  - Any user generated content

  Any other information available via Jira REST API might be processed and stored temporarily in order to render certain functions of the apps. For example, when using Planning Poker App, it may happen that such information as assignee or labels is stored for the duration of the round, until the session is finished. After that the data expires.

  All Atlassian Marketplace Apps and Trello Power-Ups by Gaber follow the same mentioned principles.

  • Selling goods and services online

    The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment and possible delivery.
    The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of Data collected byGaberG depends on the payment system used.

  • Personal Data collected through sources other than the User

    The Owner of Gaber may have legitimately collected Personal Data relating to Users without their knowledge by reusing or sourcing them from third parties on the grounds mentioned in the section specifying the legal basis of processing.

  • Analysis and predictions based on the User’s Data (“profiling”)

    The Owner may use the Personal and Usage Data collected through Gaber to create or update User profiles. This type of Data processing allows the Owner to evaluate User choices, preferences and behaviour for the purposes outlined in the respective section of this document.
